Regarding the UK based company which might be a source for mail order
shipping of plants - give it a go, but remember that to bring them into
Canada from a country other than the US, you will also need an Import Permit
(which the person doing the Importing has to get and then send with their
order). The info is in the links I posted earlier.

Since it is a "club order", the extra bother might be worth it, if they have
rare or unusual plants that you can't get from a US based company.
