Well we could acccept any item submitted for consideration in either one or both "categories." Judge the two aspects separately, if submitted in both, and let the petals fall where they may. There would be no penalty in one category if you didn't lead in the other. Wouldn't that maximize participation? I guess this is an extension of what Tomoko was getting at.
