Most likely not.  Only if you plan on doing massive water changes would I be 
concerned.  An established tank may have more acidic water than the water you 
are using for a water change.  If you have been doing regular partial water 
changes then it may not be such an issue.  The judicious use of CO2 also will 
not greatly impact the pH.
