I thought I'd lost my original starter that I got from Claus last Spring in my big tank, but it is now quite obvious, and growing steadily. It may be like duckweed, where you don't even notice that first little leaf... it's got to get going, then it's hard to get rid of.<g> I also thought I killed the culture he gave me in Nov., (as I mentioned at NEC) by leaving it on the windowsill as the weather got warmer. But that culture is rising, like a Phoenix from the ashes again. It may not grow fast, but it seems to be one tough plant. Karen Karen A.
