I would certainly not be opposed to the idea of approaching Dave again on
this issue.  Whether he'll still be interested is another story.  PAM is
doing pretty well at this point, and looks to break even within the next
year without us.

I ***DEFINITELY AND WITHOUT QUESTION*** think this is something that needs
to be decided at the SC level, NOT by the MC.  I also think everyone has to
think long and hard about who would tell Mary, and how she would be told.  I
can tell you right now that it should _not_ be me or David... we're the ones
who need to live with her.

As far as the attorney thing is concerned, I will say again what I've said
before.  IMO, we should just plain hire someone, pay the money and get the
job done right,  once and for all.
