I think Ireplied this alreadyabove, but I think that all we should offer is to give AGA memberships (1 yr) to anyone on his list who is not already an AGA member, in exchange for a number, say 4, of back issues of PAM for each membership we give out. If Dave also wants us to do something for PAM subscribers who are already AGA members we might offer to extend their AGA memberships for a year for ,say, 6 back issues of PAM. Although I think Dave is a creep for soliciting $65 from folks when he knows he is going under, I think we can help him out by making his subscribers a little happier with an AGA membership than they would be just with back issues of PAM. Bottom line is that the only thing he has that is worth anything to AGA is his list and the back issues at a cheap price.
