HI,

I actually don't like the idea of discounting membership.  First of all we 
are counting on that income to make up the deficit for TAG.  I would much 
rather say...NEW JOINING MEMBERS can get a discount on PAM, ie half price, 
in order to move the PAM's.  I know it is just shuffling numbers, I just 
hate to see us loose the membership numbers.  Not sure why but I do.
