What I intended was that the Convention Committee chair could delegate some
of the work at the AGA level -- e.g. he/she could draft one person to be the
auctions, one for tours etc., and that person from the AGA Conv Comm. would
work with the corresponding local person for each convention.
Hope this makes it a little clearer.
