If we want them to do a mailer, then we have to tell them to rework the budget. If they can have one page of space in two issues -- or some other amount of space. They'll have to factor that into the budget also. The first next TAG would be going out well ahead of when a mailer would go out. They'll need to hit with other items first, such as email lists. I think the tactic last year to do lots of awareness then do a big hit well into the convention season with a mailer was a good one. Not only repitition but diversity of media counts with advertising or so said the marketers in Dallas. As for finding out how it might cost to do stuffers, that's GWAPA's job to price out estimates, no? We can get an actual quote if we agree to do it and when the time is right but for now, it's estiamtion time and that's part of what they're biting off. Or so it seems to me. I'm sure the mailer company, whoever it is will stuff for a price. I doubt that a page or two will add anything to postage--USPS measures in ounces don't they? I don't think they assumed AGA would eat extra postage but that there wouldn't be any extra postage. sh --- Karen Randall <krandall@rdrcpa.biz> wrote: > > > > They are planning on no mailers except what they can > get in > > TAG.
