[AGA SC] Re: Question regarding preferences for hotel negotiations

I thin $89 on a room rate is definitely preferable to $99, but it is hard 
to comment without hearing the rest of the deal.  ie...comp rooms, 
conference room rates etc.  I think keeping the guaranteed room night to 
100 is prudent.  150 would get me nervous, (as a guarantee), I think we 
have a chance, but since a conference has NEVER made that yet...I don't 
think...unless Dallas did (ie 75 people at two nights give us our 150).  
So I think we need more info, and details to make a decisions or form an 
opinion on this one!
