I agree.  That's why I mentioned that I wasn't sure if Mike could/would
contribute to the work load, which I think is vital. I wasn't sure whether
it was reluctance to get more heavily involved, or simply a matter of
waiting to be asked.

No question that Larry has paid his dues.

I REALLY like that idea.  The only thing we'll have to be careful of is make
sure that group knows they are there in an advisory capacity, and that all
final decisions are made by the BOD.  If that group is ONLY open to
representatives of member clubs plus our handful of non-BOD worker-bees, it
should be a nice perk for those clubs.  And it will also give a us a place
where we can watch for the cream to rise to the top.<g>
