Re: [AGA-sc] Fw: Aquatic Gardener's Association meeting 2005



Sorry, I thought we were having a conversation with him, and that sending
him the bid sheet was just part of that conversation... I've had (and
responded to) 3 e-mails from him in the last 18 hours.

If anything I've said has sounded negative about the idea of having the
convention out there, it wasn't my intent.  I think it would be a great
location.  But I still think, among us, we need to be aware of the red
flags, which is why I brought Dave G.'s telephone conversation to the
attention of the rest of you.  I don't think I've been anything but positive
and supportive in my communication with Tom.

That said, I've had little enough to do with the front-end part of
convention planning, that I'm probably not the best person to guide him.
All I can do is look at the bid document myself for guidance.

So who SHOULD be negotiating with him at this point?
