If you're asking me, I think doing it in Word is fine. I
haven't had any trouble with the doc. I can load it in Word
or Word perf or in my browser and I don't get anything that
would be a formatting problem. Heaven help me if things go
screwy later but that's the risk one takes with MS
applications.

Be sure to turn on TRACKING CHANGES, so we can keep track
of the, well, changes and who made them. IT could get
confusing down the road.

Waiting is okay with me. Tom understand that it might take
a few days for the Board to do this ;-)

The doc in it's current form is not well organized, imo,
but I wanted to get it in front of you folks with the added
content in the interest of time (The whole Tom thing hadn't
come up yet) and worrying about form and organization can
come later if once the content is settled.
