Because to get decent photos of a tank, the water has to be crystal clear... 
something that is not possible in a freshly established tank.  (it _IS_ 
possible in a tank that is established ahead of time, has the water 
carefully drawn down to be moved, and is carefully refilled a day ahead of 
time.
