- we normall charge $300 for a vendor table sponsorship but I' wouldn't mind going down to $100 if I thought it would bring in more vendors. I wonder if it will affect how many vendors we get if charge $100, $250, or $300. Here's what sponsors paid in 2004: Seachem Platinum $650.00 AH Supply Silver $299.00 Kent Marine Silver $400.00 Milwaukee Instruments Vendor table $250.00 Carib-Sea Full page ad Tropica 1/2 page ad Assuming we do well, I'd like to try lower prices and hopefull see more vendors. suggeted edits, coments, questions below ----- Original Message ---- From: Erik Olson erik@thekrib.com * Vendor table $100 (includes two tables, mention & in TAG and on the website) * Vendor table $200, (includes 2 regs, two tables, mention & logo in TAG and on the website) * Vendor table $300, (includes 2 regs, two tables, one-issue full page TAG ad, mention & loge on the website) * Contest category sponsors $50 per category, $75 for best of show Will be announced at convention, and promoted on website just like this year * Plantinum sponsor (Seachem) $500 (includes 2 regs, the table space, 2 Banq. one-issue full page TAG ad, mention & loge on the website, credit as hospitality room sponsor) Other thoughts: Claus offered for Tropica to make a small donation also, but maybe they've done enough already? Besides, this next TAG issue I will be hitting them up for their semi-annual TAG AD payment. Is DG going to expect a freebie to sell whatever? What about Ray? He costs about $1,700 (inlcuding room and meals) as I recall, less what we can get from the items auctioned, which probably is less than $1,700 . _______________________________________________ AGA-sc mailing list AGA-sc@thekrib.com http://lists.thekrib.com/mailman/listinfo/aga-sc
