Thoughts:

BECAUSE the convention begging and the TAG ad begging are so closely 
timed right now, I'm okay with combining the begging, but I do not think 
it would be out of line to do a mail-out twice a year to potential 
advertisers with phone follow-ups. So I think we should beg for TAG ads 
again in the first quarter of 2007. (Honestly, I don't think Phil had 
time to do much in 2005 but e-mail the old stand-bys.)

Assuming there is going to be a convention program, one of the perks 
could be an ad in the program as well as an ad in TAG.

I think Scott's prices are fine, as an experiment to see what happens.

Ray could also be bad publicity if crossed. Now might not be the time to 
cross Ray.
