I think this is a great idea. Obviously, they do not have a plan yet so there is no reason to think they will have anything by Nov. I think Gomberg can be trusted to receive goods although I would still do at least a rough inventory when he delivers them. Not that I don't trust him but.... IMO, we don't need reciepts for individual transactions nor for the silent auction. Just one total receipt after checkout of the live auction is suffiecient. Barcodes, cool. I have wanted to try your new system since you first told me abouit it. Do we have everything we need? Bar code scanners, etc. Do we ever run into problems with the bar codes with different printers or paper stock? I am sure you have already thought of all this but I am curious.
