Re: [AGA-sc] seller rules

Thanks for the auction suggestions. I will file this in the "to-do bin"
for constructing the rule list (which sounds like next weekend or so).

Thanks -- I have been interested in hearing how much should be charged for
that.

Yes, I would (and did) bid on a bag of cherry shrimp at a plant auction.
So it's a bit sticky if you have a hardfast rule of "no fish".

Perhaps keeping it to registrants will help avoid us making tricky rules
about what CAN be auctioned?

I like this...but I also don't like this. Wouldn't it be cool to have 20
bags of Amano shrimp? Our local club deals with this by having a 20-lot
limit per member.

Were there any rules like this in Dallas? Actually, I bet there were some
rules. I am always wary of adapting the Chattanooga approach because the
sheer volume of things was so much lower than we have now (c.f. Leon
Garden's request that it be all-silent).

We can easily do this too, because the tags I printed have unique numbers
on them. They also have letters A-Z, so we could implement a 26-table
system if necessary. :)
