I think we can update your numbers better...  I went poking around for a 
nearby A/V rental place, but ultimately googled back to the hotel:

A 10' wall screen is $40 (per day I'm assuming?) from the hotel.  And it 
looks like the screen IS built into the ceiling  (maybe that's what they 
mean by Wall Screen).  I wonder if that's one of those things where we 
just use it and "see" if we get charged?

House patch is listed as $75.  It also lists Audio/Video patch at $30. 
I'm not sure what's the difference between these two.

So for now let's assume we have to do three days of house patch plus two 
days of screen.  So yeah, maybe keep the budget at $500 for your numbers 
Scott.

Karen, still assuming you'll have your projector and long VGA cable?  I 
can't remember if anyone else was able to bring a second projector 
(Michael's wife may be able to score us one as a backup...)

By the way, I always get a kick out of looking up the stuff I've carted 
up:

Wired mics $35 each.
Wireless $120 per day per mic.
Mixer $40-100 per day.

(Basically the prices I PAID for the equipment on EBay.)  For us to do the 
bare minimum of what we do (two wireless), it'd be another $750-1000.  Ha!
