Stuart and Bob,
The best information I have found on the internet is Vinny's site.  It is
easy to follow what he does to achieve such excellent results.

section and all will be revealed.  Recently, on this list, fish photography
was featured and I'm sure in the archives you would be able to find how who
does what.
