They grew to be very beautiful, with high dorsals and red caudals on the males. Due to their rarity, I tried hard to breed them, unsuccessfully. They were always in large tanks, in which they were the largest fish. I assume that for cleaning, they'd need a relationship with larger species. Keeping them 'traditionally', I never saw anything but ordinary Apisto behavior.
