Re: Belated hello

Tomoko,

Believe it or not, I got my copy from Germany! The book is priced at ¥2719 by the
publisher. I'm sure your mother can buy it and send it more cheaply than a book
supplier. When you get it please send me an English translation of the part on A.
sp. Tamara. I would be forever grateful. The ASG sells a Japanese fish atlas that
has a large section on apistos. It is called "The Aquarium 2300 Atlas" edited by
Arai Noriko and published by Fair Wind Co. Ltd., Chiba. You might enjoy it.
Again, like all Japanese books I've seen, it has beautiful photos. When the
English edition of Römer's Atlas becomes available, I doubt that other books will
be worth having. Again Dave Soares (apistodave@bendcable.com) is accepting
pre-orders for the book right now.
