Pre purchase of Romer, how?

I'm sure this has been discussed on the list before, but how do I go about
pre-purchasing the Romer book.  I figured I would wait for it to appear and
purchase it then.

I don't know where I saw it, but I vaguely remember something about it not
being available until late winter '02.
