One last thing yvan. I dont want to be the bearer of bad news but if your fish are so freaky shy as you say they may have internal parasites. Jumpy darting fish that do not eat I would say are very possably infected. Healthy Apistos will eat period. I have always used frozen blodd worms a food that anyone in the country can get, if they dont eat that there sick. Black worms are another good choice. Are the fish wild? They may have gill or skin flukes ( gill flukes can attack the skin as well I have looked at skin scrapings under the microscope!) I am beginning to think disease may be the problem here buddy. Give me more information on their behavior and how they respond to cover and I'll be happy to help if in fact that is the problem. But if their not eating at all considering what your offering them id have to say their probably sick. Give as much info as possable coloration, behavior, any torn or ripped up fins?, are they wild? etc what changes have you observed since you got them?
