The other respondents are probably correct, it's probably a form of A. hongsloi.
To be absolutely certain I'd have to know, does the lateral band ever loses its
zigzag pattern and forms a lattice-like one: ( )( )( )( )( )( )? This is usually
seen at times on hongsloi-like fish. If your fish is well over a year old I'd
bet that it is a female that is showing some masculine traits as it ages. Many
apisto females show this. (Do fish undergo menopause??)
