Breeding Tank for MacMasteri

Hi, folks!!

I'm building a 20 gallon MacMasteri breeding Tank. My Macmasteri are from
colombia caught in wild.

Anyone can summarize this specie? Any Tips? Any comments?

I'm looking information for sexual differences and what type of substrate
is the best.
