RE: leaf prep(sterilization)



I don't do anything to my oak leaves, just throw them in the tank. and I
haven't had a problem been using them for years I use leaves from a
natural area where they probably don't have any chemicals on them.

Colin,

    Did you see the critter come in on the leaves?  Or do you think it
must have?  Maybe it was a slug?  Was it still alive?

    I put some leaves in my A panduro tank last week without doing any
sterilizing and now I'm worried.  It looks very natural in the tank now
and I really like the looks, I'm going to go out and get some more.

    I wonder what cooked oak leaves smell like.
