Snails
My apisto tanks are being overcome with algae. I don't want to use chemicals
if I don't have to, and plecos and algae eaters are out because of their
tendency to destroy eggs and other fish, respectively. I have tried apple
and mystery snails (can anyone tell the difference) as well as Colombian
Ramshorns, but they all chew up my plants as well as the algae. Pond snails
are a bit too prolific. I used to have some Venesualan Ramshorns, which are
reddish, and smaller than Colombians, and are easier on the plants. Does
anyone have some? Can I get you to send me some for a price plus shipping?
I can't find them here in Boise.
