>From my experience, I have put A. steindachneri in a community tank and have
had all of my Apistos except my N. anomalas disappear. The steindachneri
didn't bother the other fish in the tank. There are Long finned Gold Zebra
Danios, Long finned Leopard Danios, a few Rainbows, a few Killies, Silver
Tip Tetras, Black Skirt Tetras, 5 different species of Corydoras, a trio of
Hoplosternum thoracatum, one of our own Angelfish, and quite a few
Papiliochromis altispinosa (Which I can't even sell! Not breeding them
anymore.), and a half dozen young Gymnogeophagus balzanii.  Everyone else
was fine except the Apistos. I then added two pair of Kribs (Pelvicachromis
pulcher) and then I even lost the A. steindachneri.
