Hi Lilia, sounds like your female isn't yet in the mood. Do you keep them alone without dither or target fish? I think you should separate the male for a week until she has recovered - feed her well and give them optimal conditions. No need to cure that torn fins for a healthy fish except they are infected with bacteria or fungi. . HTH Thomas
