I believe that David Soare's homepage has an article on these.  As I remember,
he did not have success until he did a near-total water change with RO water,
after which they promptly spawned.  Link and Staek describe spawning behavior
essentially the same as P. pulcher (Kribs) with the fry leaving the spawning
cave 8 days after spawning.  Hope this helps, and good luck!
