Greetings, I'm new to the list, but I do have a keen interest in Dwarfs,
(apistos, but I do love those Pelvicachromis species!)

In my experience, females can spawn when they are about 1 1/2 inches,
males of the same age will be a little larger. The diet they are
receiving sounds excellent when compared to the all flake diet that
Kribs can be raised on. One trick is to provide some competition for
the male. You could use another male (I wouldn't recommend this in a 20
gallon tank) placing a similar tank next to the kribs' tank or I've even
used a "puppet" or a cardboard drawing or cutout of a male flashed
around the front glass of the tank.

What's your ph? the sex ratio in the fry is determined by that remember.
Aim for between 7 and 6.8 When these guys are mature, you'll probably
notice the female doing the "belly dance" that's when she bends her body
into a U shape and shakes her body. The male shakes some too. The
females will also get a red belly when they're "in the mood" (This is
even more striking on the albino form!) Just wait, it'll happen.
