Jason,
This sounds like the Pelvic. taeniatus "Nigerian green" variety. The
females tend to keep their horizontal bars even while in breeding colors.
These quite often come in as contaminates in wild P. pulcher "Kribs"
Treat them as you would your "kribs" or taeniatus.
