When you get to the Canadian customs booth, you declare that you have tropical
fish. That's it. No forms, no duty, not even GST. Some inspectors will not
be sure what the regs are and will ask you to pull over while they check.
Others will be hobbyists themselves and want to see what you have. About half
of them will just wave you through.
