Well, if you really want to use earthworm flakes, I would suggest you buy it from Angelsplus (Steve Rybicki steve@angelsplus.com) in New York. It will only cost you about ~$8 per lb. I bought 5 lb from him last summer and they were excellent. My discus, apisto resticulosa, african cichlids love it. I am not in any way associate with him.
