back in the mood

Well, My A. cacatuoides are back in the mood again.  However, I was
just going to move some of the plants around in their tank.  Should I
wait and see if they spawn?  The female is displaying nicely, and the
male doesn't chase her away any more.  Tomorrow is their weekly 25%
water change day.  Last week, they 'lost the mood' when I did the change
- should I forget the water change and just add the weekly dose of
fertilizer for the plants?

I hope some of you can help clear up my concerns.
