fish husbandry
Hello. I picked up 2 pairs of Pelvicachromis teaniatus "nyete" from the
last ACA convention. I have put them into separate tanks with breeding
caves and dither fish. The problem is that the male seems more
interested in beating on the female than spawning. Both females are
ready to spawn and are trying to entice the male but he refuses to give
in and just beats on her. Does anyone have any suggestions that may
help.
