Jerry I've seen these before and they are planarian. I've never heard of them being a problem. They can be fascinating critters under a microscope. But not necessarily desirable in an aquarium because they are a known food source for Hydra which are a problem.. As per Helen's suggestions increased tank maintenance will rid your tanks of them though it may take a while. Medication is certainly not suggested.
