HIRO: I was lucky enough to have a pair acquired from Linda spawn 2 days ago. They dug a pit in the aqua soil and spawned ~ 40 eggs. The female is aggressive and chases away the rogue male while the male from pair sits on the eggs while the female is out. I think this is important because the trio is in a 55gal tank with lots of room and dither fish. In the past i have kept pairs in 5 and 10 gal tanks but every so often one of the pair determines that the other is an enemy and drives them off. In a small take this does not end well. So I would recommend upgrading to a 20 or 29 (Meridith reports spawns on alternating sides with two pairs in her 29 gal) or pulling out on adult right after spawning and the second after ~ 2 days of wiggler. -Paul On Sun, 21 Oct 2007, HIRO TAK wrote: > Thanks for the kind word, Linda.
