Funny that this is coming up on list-- I've recently started seeing these show up in several of my tanks too. I just target kill the ones on the glass I can see (they seem content to hang out on the glass, which makes them easy to spot, and they don't move much), and I noticed that my largish (anything approaching an inch or so) ramshorn snails attack and eat them. (but I guess that doesn't help if larger ramshorns don't stay alive in your tanks...)
