My feeling is that as soon as we get approval to go ahead (and we've got
all the texts ready), we can have the official site up within days.  
Probably http://showcase.aquatic-gardeners.org or something of that ilk.

Having the content all developed on the mock site is definitely the way to
go... it will make my job infinitely easier.
