I am thinking of some kind of scheduled event to welcome new AGA attendees.

How about an hour or two set aside in the hospitality suite for new attendees where they are encouraged to introduce themselves and ask questions. Or perhaps a workshop or focus group devoted to the new attendees. Two or three representative 'veterans" would have to be present.



Maybe a  'Can I help you?' table for next year?
