Hi Cheryl, a member list with location info is a great idea. Speaking English is not a requirement for membership in the AGA. ;-) However, we do not have a Spanish translation of TAG. Anyone is welcome to join online or by printing, filling out, and mailing this form with membership dues: http://www.aquatic-gardeners.org/applic.html More on the other question in another e-mail. Something I have been mulling over as well. What do y'all think about the AGA publishing, either online or in print, a member directory? Anyone who wanted to be excluded for privacy purposes, naturally we would acommodate them, but in general, what do y'all think about this? Speak up. I for one would vote for having the members locations listed by city and state. It would make it easy for members to locate each other and would be a definate plus for anyone that is moving or even visiting another area. Seems like it would be a great way for planted tank enthusiasts to "connect" with each other. I would vote for the online version since it would be easier to update and could possibly even allow members to update their location themselves. That could possibly eliminate some "headaches" in keeping things updated. To: gsas-member@thekrib.com, aga-member@thekrib.com Message-ID: Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; charset=US-ASCII; format=flowed Hi folks, If you are having trouble posting to this list, please e-mail me (offlist) and let me know. I've heard from two people who have had their posts "eaten" by mailman and never gotten replies about why they were rejected. If there are more, it'd help diagnose this problem. FURTHER, if you can actually cc me on a post that fails, it might help further diagnose the problem.
