Right, one of the issues that came up with Phil's group, and the two 
others (Cleveland and another I forget) was that they wanted to see a 
well-run convention before they could really bid on this, so I think we 
may be stuck getting bids AFTER.  However, it would be good for those 
orgs who are thinking of hosting next year or even 2005 to watch closely 
at this convention... I have a feeling it's going to be a good template 
(though I still think those focus workshops are going to be a circus).
