I'm absolutely positive that Eagle Press could. However, I do not 
think it is necessary for the same printer to do both jobs. There 
could be a "flyer" inserted into every envelope that is not attached 
in any way to TAG. The convention folks could mail me a box of those, 
and I will make sure the mailer gets it.

Karen makes a slaient point, however, that this is not ideal because 
of the *timing* of TAG, irrespective of expense/trouble.

The mailer in Lewisville with whom I have been corresponding tells me 
they are must hand-stuff the envelopes anyway. I am confident that 
they can do it.

I very much doubt there will be any extra postage.

Yes, but not only the financial burden; also the responsibility of 
timely materials.
