Someone will have to find out:

1. Whether this printer does that type of stuff and can do it cost
effectively

I'm absolutely positive that Eagle Press could. However, I do not think it is necessary for the same printer to do both jobs. There could be a "flyer" inserted into every envelope that is not attached in any way to TAG. The convention folks could mail me a box of those, and I will make sure the mailer gets it.

Karen makes a slaient point, however, that this is not ideal because of the *timing* of TAG, irrespective of expense/trouble.

2. Whether the mailing center (when identified) will insert fliers (I
suspect they will)

The mailer in Lewisville with whom I have been corresponding tells me they are must hand-stuff the envelopes anyway. I am confident that they can do it.

3. How much it will cost to get them to do this

I believe the extra charge would be minimal.

4. How much extra postage we need to pay

I very much doubt there will be any extra postage.

It seems to me, that AGA shouldn't carry the burden of these costs alone,
but that it should be part of the convention budget. (which, I think, was
Cheryl's point from the start)

Yes, but not only the financial burden; also the responsibility of timely materials.
