Yes, I agree with this too. There were (and will always be) some unavoidable glitches. But the feedback I got from people who weren't either "inner circle" people, or vendors was very positive. People seemed to have a great time. And although the hotel was expensive, being above that mall-ish thing, and having other options than JUST being at the mercy of the hotel was _very_ nice. And Cheryl, NONE of us knew about Ghazanfar's party until the day you did. The only difference was that we had already made arrangements to fly in eariler that there was no need to rearrange flights. Speaking of that party, though, that was a bit awkward too. All of us standing around waiting for rides, no one with a list of invited guests, while other people stood around wondering what was going on and if they were invited. I felt like we needed a secret handshake or something.<g> Actually, the only negative comments I heard from attendees were about the hospitality suite and "registration" that first night. There was no one from AGA or GWAPA up there, no food or anything to drink, and people just milling around wondering what was going on... Because everyone else was at the party.
