big, beefy rams

I've seen rams at just over 3 inches, a friend used to breed them.
He fed them lots of blood worms,flake, frozen brine shrimp, don't
know about beef heart but he also had lots of discus so i wouldn't
doubt it.  He had a system that changed 10% of the water daily, sa
well as a 50% change once per week.
