[AGA-Contest] Re: AGA-Contest Digest, Vol 3, Issue 6



I'd be happy to help pre-screen.

Once we make a decision, I suggest we contact the entrants, tell them their
tanks (if neccessary) have been re-classified and why.

I am loathe to drop the division entirely, even if entrants are few, and
good ones fewer.  I still think it's worthwhile to reward the efforts of
those who are doing it right.  One way to handle it in the future is to TELL
people that tanks entered in that category which do not meet the minimum
requirements of a biotope tank will not receive prizes.  I think this would
immediately halt the entries that are there just because it's easier to get
a ribbon in that category than any other.
