[AGA-mcm] Claus

Hi folks, Claus is away at a series of meetings in the next couple of weeks,
so asked me if I can make his reservations for him.  As soon as he tells me
what nights he wants, I'll call the hotel.  But I wanted to check with you
folks on the convention registration.  He is still not 100% sure he can make
it. (he says 80%, and I know he will make a real effort)  If he _can't_ make
it, can we refund his registration or not? (not that he asked, but I wanted
to talk to you guys before I even brought it up)  I told him that I didn't
think we could refund either banquet or field trip, because we would have to
pay for these anyway, even if someone cancelled, but I'd check on the
convention registration itself.

As far as registering him for the convention, do I have to pay for him now,
or can we just let him pay later?
