You can start feeding your fry when they have fully absorb their yolk 
sac and are free swimming - this takes about 7-8 days from spawning -
, you may start them off with newly hatched BBS and suplement them 
with infusoria culture for the 'slow starters'.  You need to feed 
them at least twice a day (no more than 12 hours apart) preferably up 
to 4 times or more.

You can tell if they are having enough by viewing them with a 
magnifying glass you would notice their bellies would be rounded and 
show the  color of the food they consumed.
